By using SiftWatch ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
SiftWatch is an AI-powered tool that analyzes YouTube playlists and classifies videos as "Watch", "Listen", or "Skip" based on their content. The Service provides summaries, scores, timestamps, and personalized recommendations.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- One account per person. Automated or bulk account creation is prohibited
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
3. Plans & Pricing
Free Tier
- 2 playlist analyses per month
- Up to 50 videos per playlist
- 3 deep analyses (lifetime total)
- 5 visible summaries per analysis
- Analysis history retained for 7 days
Pro Tier ($12/month or $120/year)
- Unlimited playlist analyses
- Up to 200 videos per playlist
- 50 deep analyses per month
- All summaries visible
- Unlimited history retention
Power Tier ($24/month or $240/year)
- Everything in Pro
- Up to 500 videos per playlist
- 200 deep analyses per month
- Priority support
- CSV export
Credit Packs
Additional deep analysis credits can be purchased as one-time packs (20, 50, or 150 credits). Purchased credits never expire.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh)
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase
- Unused credits from monthly subscriptions do not roll over
- Purchased credit packs do not expire
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security measures
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
- Submit content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure
6. YouTube Content
SiftWatch analyzes publicly available YouTube video metadata. We do not download, store, or redistribute video content. Our analysis is based on metadata (titles, descriptions, thumbnails) and AI interpretation. We comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and API Services Terms.
7. AI-Generated Content
Classifications, scores, summaries, and recommendations are generated by AI (Google Gemini). These are provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate. SiftWatch does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content.
8. Intellectual Property
- The SiftWatch name, logo, and service are our intellectual property
- You retain ownership of any content you submit (playlist URLs)
- AI-generated analysis results are provided to you for personal use
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiftWatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Free tier analysis data is automatically deleted after 7 days. We reserve the right to delete inactive accounts after 12 months of inactivity.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email.
